Chief marketing officer leaves Catch Group after five-year tenure to becomes CMO of ASX-listed online retail marketplace
Catch Group’s chief marketing officer, Ryan Gracie, has become the new marketing chief for ASX-listed MyDeal.
The experienced marketer officially finished up a five-year stint with Catch Group last week and commences his new posting at the online retail marketplace from today. Gracie boasts of a 20-year career in marketing with an emphasis in retail, working for the likes of Funtastic, JB Hi-Fi and most recently, Catch Group.

Cao Tien Dung, Chairman of Dong Nai People s Committee, signed an MoU with AEON Mall Vietnam (belonging to AEON Group of Japan) on researching and investing in AEON Mall trade centre in Bien Hoa city.
According to the representative of AEON Mall Vietnam, this company aims to put into operation about 20 trade centres in the near future. Dong Nai province is considered by the company as a destination with great potential because of its large population with more than 3.1 million people. Plus, there are many projects of foreign-invested enterprises in the province.

Masan Group and Phuc Long will open Phuc Long Kiosks at VinMart+ stores
Phuc Long Heritage owns the Phuc Long brand, one of the leading tea and coffee brands in Vietnam. The purchase price of the transaction is $15 million.
As a part of the transaction, VinCommerce entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Phuc Long to jointly develop Phuc Long Kiosks through a network of more than 2,200 VinMart+ stores nationwide. Source: Financial Services Capital Financial Services Capital (“FSC”), the private equity investor dedicated to the transformation of the European financial services sector, has completed its acquisition of a stake in JZ Lending Ltd, which controls Spanish consumer finance specialist Unión Financiera Asturiana (“Ufasa”). The Bank of Spain has approved FSC’s investment into this regulated financial services company.
